A Yoga Vacation transforms you...

Combining physical yoga postures, Pranayama - breathing techniques, meditation, Yoga Nidra - guided relaxation, Moana - short periods of silence, chanting, Sufi Dancing and healing sessions.

The Yoga Vacation retreat will provide you with fresh organic juices and gourmet vegetarian food to nourish and cleanse the body.

Other pampering treatments including nurturing therapeutic massages are an optional extra.

Sue Hawkins' attention to individual needs and detail of instruction leaves you feeling positive, nurtured and empowered.

Sue discovered yoga 21 years ago and has practiced Iyengar Yoga in Sydney and completed a teacher training course in Byron Bay in Astanga and Hatha Yoga. The yoga is mainly Iyengar style with invited certified teachers instructing over the weekend. All levels are catered for with an emphasis on restorative practice in the afternoons.

Having practiced Yoga for over 17 years, her journey has taken her from the high profile, fast paced life in Sydney as a TV Producer to her life now, as creator and instructor of Byron Bay Yoga.

By the end of the Yoga Vacation, the visible changes in people's physical bodies and attitudes are quite profound. Your body will feel more rejuvenated and relaxed.
